QuickBooks allows you configure classes to separate your business activities into locations or departments. When you enable classes, QuickBooks adds a field to your transaction windows. All your classes will automatically be downloaded to Timesheet Mobile via the QuickBooks Web Connector. Here's how you can assign classes in Timesheet Mobile:
By Task: When Class is assigned to a Task, it will always be used in the timesheet.IIF import file.
By Job: When Class is assigned to a Job, it will be used if there is no Class assigned to a Task.
By Employee: When Class is assigned to an Employee, it will be used if there is no Class assigned to a Job or Task.
