When importing hours into Wagepoint, an error message of "Bad Employee" means the Employee number in Time and Wagepoint do not match. They must match.
There are two ways to find the Employee number in Wagepoint:
- Go to Employees - hover over the Employee name and the Employee number will show up in the bottom left corner of the browser.
- Go to Employees - Click the Employee name - when on the Employee profile, the Employee number will be at the end of the URL.
Once the Wagepoint Employee number is identified, navigate back to Time
- Click on People list
- Click on "edit" to the far fight of the employee whose number needs to be edited
- Change the employee number in the "Employee number" field.
Once complete, try importing hours into Wagepoint once more.
