Administrators and managers are now able to get more information about smartphone app registration details for iPhone app version 9.5.0 or later and Android app version 21.0 or later. By clicking on the "gear" for a worker, the following information will be displayed (see below):
- App Registered [Date & Time]. This indicates the selected worker has registered a recent version of the Timesheet Mobile smartphone app and provides you with the date & time of the most recent registration.
- Send Verification Code. This message indicates that the selected worker has started the registration process but has not yet entered the verification code. You can have this code re-sent to them via email. Please note that if the worker attempts another registration this code will change. Use this option if you have a worker actively trying to register who can access the emailed code immediately without the need to enter their mobile phone number again.
- No Recent Registration. This message indicates that the worker has not registered a version of the smartphone app version 9.5 or later (iPhone) or 21.0 or later (Android). Keep in mind that the employee may have a registered and working prior version and may be limited due to an old phone or operating system. If this is not the case, we recommend updating to the latest version and connecting to the server settings as described here: Update App Settings
