Partner Sign Up and Client Invitation

The next few steps will walk you through the partner sign-up and client invitation process for the Partner Portal.

 Visit https://www.wagepoint.com/timebywagepoint/time-signup to complete your personal partner           account registration by providing your information. Ensure to select "yes" when prompted about               being an accountant or bookkeeper at the bottom, and then proceed by clicking "Sign up."

Upon navigating to your Time by Wagepoint account, you'll notice a distinctive feature exclusive to           partner accounts, absent in regular customer/client profiles. Locate the caret symbol next to your               name at the top left and click it. This action will unveil your partner portal, allowing you to access               essential information such as your Wagepoint Company ID.        

Additionally, this is where you will send invitations to your clients.   Simply enter their email and hit            Send email to Client(s).  Should you wish to preview the email they will receive, just click the                     preview email link.  Likewise for Terms and Conditions. 

Client Email

The invitation email sent to your clients will offer a 10% discount, highlight key benefits of Time by Wagepoint, and provide a convenient embedded sign-up link for the 14-day free trial. Once your clients click the link, they'll be directed to the sign-up form where they can enter their information, officially becoming linked as your clients.

Note:

Please be aware that they'll need to designate you as an admin in their account and extend an invitation to you. This step ensures that you have the necessary permissions to handle their accounting and bookkeeping tasks effectively.

After sending the email, you can go back to your account. Currently, there is no notification within             your Partner account confirming a successful client setup. However, you can reach out to support for        assistance/ confirmation of sign ups.

 Your Partner account serves as  a functional Time by Wagepoint account, offering an                                   uncomplicated method to send invitations and allowing you to fully explore and  demonstrate the            platform for your own purposes.
