We apologize but due to new U.S. laws and mandates, we are required to update our texting software which will take some time. We are hoping to have this corrected by the end of the month. Using email invites is the workaround until this is updated.
- Navigate to People > People List
- Click on the drop down arrow to the right of "edit" on the line of the employee name
- Select 'Invite to Time'
- Confirm "Yes, send invitation"
- * If the employee already has the app installed on their device, have them delete and reinstall from the invitation line.
- The employee will install the app and enter the same phone number that is registered on the account. When they do this, they will receive another email with the text validation code.
- They will enter this code into the app on the phone. *They have 60 seconds to do so, or a new code will need to be generated
