Once you have connected your Timesheet Mobile and Accounting Suite accounts and imported your Jobs, Employees, Tasks, and Classes, you can keep maintain them in Accounting Suite.  No need to enter or maintain in Timesheet Mobile as they will be automatically kept in sync.
