Here's how to import timesheets to HHAexchange.
Go to Settings->Display Checklist at Punch Out Time and set to Yes. This will prompt your Caregivers to check off duties performed during their shift.
In settings scroll down to Advanced->Enable Integrations and select HHAexchange.
Go to HHA Exchange->HHA Settings and enter your Agency Tax ID and client's default Payer ID (MCO).
Go to Customers->Global Checklists->HHAeXchange_Duties. This is the approved Duties list for HHAeXchange that will pop up on the app for your caregivers to check off.
Go to Employees->Each Employee Control Panel->Pay Information and enter HHAeXchange Procedure Code. W1793 for PAS (Agency), for example.
Go to Customers->Each Customer Control Panel->Pay and Billing and enter the customer's Medicaid Number, Payer ID, and Procedure Code.
That's it! Now you can invite your caregivers to start using the Timesheet Mobile App for EVV.
