We are frequently asked about how Timesheet Mobile handles addresses from customers and jobs synchronized with QuickBooks. The process is simple:
- If a SHIP TO address is present, it will be used as the address for the geo fence.
- If no SHIP TO address is present, the BILL TO address will be used.
- In both cases, if the address field contains redundant company name and individual name information, it will be ignored.
- Information manually entered in either address field that does not match company name or individual name may cause issues with the sync of addresses with Timesheet Mobile - we recommend no manual edits to these fields if you plan on using the addresses for geo fences.
