If you already have a Timesheet Mobile account and want to connect to your QuickBooks Online account, login in to Timesheet Mobile and navigate to Integrations.
Syncing with QuickBooks Online will sync active employees, customers, jobs and projects, payroll items and service items as follows:

Employees | Employee name, email and phone number synced. No automated merge of manually entered employees, duplicates may result. |
Customers |
QuickBooks Customers, Jobs and Projects are mapped to Timesheet Mobile Customer:Job sites. For example, customer Acme Industries, with jobs at 123 Main Street and 451 Side Avenue, and projects Kick-off, Training, and Finish would create the following Timesheet Mobile customer:jobs:
1. Acme 123 Main Street : Kick-off 2. Acme: 123 Main Street : Training 3. Acme: 123 Main Street : Finish 4. Acme: 451 Side Avenue: Kick-off 5. Acme: 451 Side Avenue : Training 6. Acme: 451 Side Avenue : Finish |

Caution: If you already manually entered employees and customers:jobs to Timesheet Mobile, you will get duplicates when QuickBooks imports those lists. If this happens and employees have already been using Timesheet Mobile, you will need to renumber your employee numbers and customer:job numbers. Contact our support team for help.
Once connected, sync QuickBooks to Timesheet Mobile.
Now you are connected and should only add/edit employees and customer:jobs from QuickBooks Online. All changes will be synchronized to Timesheet Mobile several times per day.
If you want to update changes immediately, click Sync. Now.
