What is the timer icon floating on my screen?

If you see a timer icon floating on your screen and want to remove it, simply press down on it and drag it to the x. 

If you want to prevent the timer from popping up in the future, go to General settings->Apps->Timesheet Mobile->Draw over other apps and set to OFF.
