Many of our customers have been successfully using Project+ and its checklist feature to capture useful and timely information related to the work their employees are completing. Beginning with Android app version 22.0 and iPhone app version 10.0 there is now a simple and easy way for your employees to fill out a simple checklist after finishing a shift.
By setting "Display Checklist at Punch Out Time" in the App Settings to "Yes" each time your employees punch out of a selected customer or job, the checklist configured for the job will be displayed for the employee to complete:
Items checked off by the employee for each shift can be viewed from the Timesheets menu in the Timesheet Details for a particular shift as shown below. Contact customer support if you have questions about using checklists.
