Customize the details that you would like to view when viewing the Activity Log and exporting data by clicking Show/Hide Columns above the table. The default report details are shown in the image below and include: Employee, Customer:Job, Task or Service, Date, Time, Action, GeoFence, Phone, Location, Attachment, Notes, Mileage.
To display a wide range of additional details, click on the Show/Hide Columns drop down box as shown in the following image (#1). The details that will be displayed have a check mark next to them. Select the ones you would like to display on the report and click Submit when done (note that only the first 12 columns are displayed in the table. To view additional details other than the defaults displayed in the table, click the plus sign next to the log entry (#2).
When expanded, all selected and available details for each log can be viewed as shown below. A wide selection of device and satellite details are available to view. Details selected are also included in the CSV file created from Export Tools > Save Logs.
