Your customers and clients can be granted web access to the work schedule you have planned for your employees at their sites. This capability is helpful if work schedules for your client sites need to be visible to the client in real-time.
A single email per client site can be set up to permit access to the employee schedule by selecting (1) Site (or your custom name for geofences) User Account sub-tab in the control panel as shown below:
To enable access and configure an email click (2) Enable Access and (3) add email address. Employee names can be hidden by (4) de-selecting Show Employee Information. Click 5 Update when ready to save.
An invitation email will be sent to your client using the email address entered. The email message will contain the (1) URL, (2) user name and (3) temporary password for the client to access their account. If your client does not receive the first email, a link to re-send the email will be displayed in your account after this initial email has been sent.
Your customers and clients will then be able to view the schedule directly from your account. Access will be only for the employees scheduled to work at their site, job or location as shown below:
