You can create custom fields in your Worker and Site forms for the manager or admin to enter applicable information. Here's how...
1. Go to Worker or Site page and click Add Custom Columns.
2. Enter the column (field) name and select the type. You can choose a text (for alphanumeric entries), checkbox, dropdown, or date. If you select dropdown, you will be asked to enter the values for the fields to be displayed in the menu. You can create several new fields at one time.
3. When finished, click Submit.
Additionally, users are now able to create an alphanumeric "Worker Id" field instead of using Timesheet Mobile's default numeric-only Worker Number. Simply create a custom column and choose "Text Type" and then click the checkbox "Use instead of Worker Number" to map this field to your Worker or Site numbers. This field will be displayed in all tables, reports, and exports.
Note: If you have Workers using the IVR (dial-in) to punch in/out that you will still need to use the Timesheet Mobile Worker Number.
